1. Strategy Structure & Leg Mechanics

+2 Leg 1 Puts (~30Δ) / -4 Leg 2 Puts (~18Δ) / +4 Leg 3 Puts (~3Δ)

Decomposed into 2 Upper Put Debit Spreads (+2 K1 / -2 K2) plus 2 Lower Put Ratio Credit Spreads (-2 K2 / +4 K3). Target DTE: 52 DTE (Window: 45 to 60 DTE).

2. Core Governance Criteria & Filter Limits

Parameter Target / Rule Boundary Action on Breach
Entry DTE Window 52 DTE Target (Allowed: 45 – 60 DTE) Reject if DTE < 45 or DTE > 60
Leg 1 Delta ($K_1$) Target: -0.30 (Range: -0.24 to -0.36) Skip strikes outside window
Leg 2 Delta ($K_2$) Target: -0.18 (Range: -0.14 to -0.24) Skip strikes outside window
Leg 3 Delta ($K_3$) Target: -0.03 (Range: -0.01 to -0.04) Skip strikes outside window
Net Position Delta (Δ) -2.0 ≤ Δ ≤ +2.0 Hard Reject if |Δ| > 2.0
Net Position Theta (Θ) Θ > 0.0 / day (Positive Decay) Hard Reject if Θ ≤ 0
Entry Premium Capping ≤ 10.0 SPX Points (≤ $1,000 net price) Hard Reject if |Net Price| > 10.0 pts
Down 1% / IV +2 Stress Loss < 1.5% of Buying Power Hard Reject if Stress Loss > 1.5% BP

3. Mechanical Position Management & Exit Rules

Take Profit Target (+2.0% Buying Power)

Submit limit order to close all 3 legs (+2 K1, -4 K2, +4 K3) as soon as position net profit reaches +2.0% of position Buying Power.

Stop Loss (-3.0% Buying Power)

Close entire trade immediately if mark-to-market loss reaches -3.0% of position Buying Power to prevent short leg gamma expansion.

Soft Exit Window (~23 DTE)

Evaluate daily at 23 DTE. If profit target is close or market volatility expands, close position early.

Mandatory Time Exit (20 DTE)

MANDATORY: Close all 3 legs at 20 DTE regardless of P/L. Never hold past 20 DTE due to accelerating short gamma.

4. Multi-Index Parameter Calibration (SPX, RUT & NDX)
